March 28 - April 10th, 2022 Getting Things Done

 I am so behind on the blog. I guess I have not put it in a place of importance. Monday the 28th - We did mostly routine things, including laundry and picking weeds in the front yard. Tuesday - the 29th - We didn't dilly dally around inside too much today. We went outside and picked up leaves and raked the place where the trees used to stand. Then we did some tilling up by the house. When we got tired we had lunch and rested. We had supper with Linda and Hazel at La Macarena. On Wednesday the 30th we didn't do much outside because it was chilly and there was a cold wind blowing. We watched some TV, even a couple of movies. Thursday - the last day of March (31st). The weather was great today, so we didn't do much. We watched the Internship  - it was a funny movie and we enjoyed it. 

April 1 - Friday. It was 42° and feels like 35°. I paid bills on the computer. We mailed off some of our bills and took care of the insurance verification for Logan's vehicle. Then we made our way to Walmart and got groceries and other sundry items. After we finished that we rested.  Saturday (2nd) we worked on leaves in the back yard. We didn't get finished last fall getting rid of them. Steve also worked on the ditch behind the fence to clear it out so the water will not pool in the backyard - but instead go down to the storm drain. we watched basketball. Sunday (3rd) we did routine things and laundry. I fixed Pork Loin and baked potatoes for our supper. We took a nice walk around the neighborhood. 

April 4th (Monday). We were up early and headed to the VA in OKC by 8:15. Today Steve was getting steroid shots in his back for pain control. They took him in at 9:45 for his COVID test and then directly to the procedure room. He was out by 11:10. Then we met up with Kristi and Logan at the Spaghetti Warehouse for lunch. That was fun! we had a good visit and then went home. Tuesday (5th) - We took our dogs to the vet today. They checked out fine. And we ate supper with Linda and Hazel at La Macarena. Wednesday (6th). After our usual putzing around, we went to the tag office and got the tag for Logans Explorer. Then we drove to Dewey and had lunch with Pam & JC at Chili's. We visited with Pam while JC attended a caregiver meeting. We left about 7 PM and got home about 9:45 . It was a long day.

Thursday (7th). We were up at 9 AM and just putzed around. I fixed the email on the desk computer. It was a slow day today. Friday (8th). I had a dermatology appointment in Stillwater at 10:30. So we got up and around for that. Then we made a stop at Walmart for supplies. Tonight I made chicken enchiladas for supper. Saturday (9th) We started out slow but I did wash the doggie blankets. Later we cleaned out the glove box in the RV. I found the gift cards I had been hunting for. Yea! We watched a movie today - Presumed Innocent. Sunday(10th). I did not have many highlights for today - so I guess it was pretty routine. We did take the dogs on a walk.
