It Happened Again! The Last Half of January 2020

Well it happened again!  It is already 5 days into February and I didn't post anything for the last half of January. I thought January would never get over, but finally it did and I didn't even realize it!
We have been doing routine things and running back and forth to places.
On Saturday the 18th, we went to Stillwater to pick up a few things at Walmart and also checked out Hobby Lobby and Lowes. Sunday we worked on the curtains that go in the front window of the RV. Steve wanted to add some grommets to make them close easier. I also worked on a book of Echo Lake pictures. And of  course we watched football. Monday wasn't too exciting, we did a couple of things in the RV and some laundry. Tuesday, we were back at Stillwater for WW and Walmart. When I returned  Linda colored my hair, to keep me looking good! I talked to Tri-West and the back shots got set up of February 3, 2020. We also had supper with Hazel and Linda at La Mac.  Wednesday gave a a little tiny bit of snow. It was overcast and cold. Linda & I went over and beat Hazel and Wayne at cards this afternoon. I also spent an hour on the phone with Champ VA- I love those calls!
January 27, beautiful sky!
Friday, January 24th Steve and I went to Enid and took my sister Pam to lunch. The we went into a little Bookstore, Hobby Lobby and some shoe stores. We didn't buy much of anything! Saturday we hung out at home and then took our dogs for a walk  around the square downtown. I vacuumed up some leaves in the back yard with Steve's help and he also attached something to the gutters. Sunday was another slow day, but we did walk around the neighborhood and watch Football. Monday the  27th was another  beautiful day. I had Steve do some work on paying the bills, so he can learn how in an emergency - that was lots of fun. It is a little frustrating for him. We also walked and vacuumed up some leaves in the front yard. We got behind in raking leaves last fall - so I am trying to get a couple of the big piles gone.

Tuesday the 28th it rained all day. We went to Stillwater anyway, to WW and Walmart. After we got back home- we didn't do a whole lot else.  Wednesday, we drove to Ponca City, I was supposed to have a mammogram, but that didn't happen. They figured out that the timing with the insurance was wrong! So a wasted trip - I'll be doing that in April.
Buster likes to be tucked in when we make the bed.  He is NOT spoiled!
Thursday we did our routine things and also walked the dogs. I also worked on my Echo Lake picture book. The problem is:  iPhones now format pictures in HEIC format and Shutterfly and Walmart only take jpeg format. So this required me to research and figure out how to convert the pictures.  Very taxing on the brain! LOL!
Friday the 31st we were up and around pretty good. We went to OKC to the VA for an MRI. Steve's pickup wouldn't start, he thinks the GPS was left on and it ran down the battery. So I drove us in the car. We got there in fine shape and they wanted lab first, so we did that. Then he was ready for the MRI without and with contrast.  That took awhile. When he got out his back was really sore from having to lay on the hard table so long.  Anyway we got home about 3:00 PM. He charged his pickup battery and that was pretty much it for the rest of the day.
