8/1/12 - Saturday - Homeward Bound

Up about 8:30. Rolled out of the park about 10:00 AM. Got gas-not much traffic on I-25 in Northern Wyoming!! We saw lots of snow fence, pronghorns. Thinking we might stay at the Fam Camp in Cheyenne - but there is a low clearance so we will probably go elsewhere. Measured the RV and is is 11'2" - the clearance at the FamCamp in Cheyenne is 11'6". We might be OK but since we weren't sure we decided to turn east on I-80 and head east for a while. We stopped at Sidney, NE and stayed overnight at Cabela's RV park here -- FHU for $30/night. Ate at the restaurant (Buffalo Point)-next to the lake. The food was good but a little bit pricey!! Sidney Nebraska was a Pony Express stop -- they have a little memorial here and I took some pictures.
