June 5, 2019 Wednesday Day 6 of our Trip

Today we got up about 8:00 AM and dressed and had breakfast in the clubhouse. We returned to the RV and got ready to travel. We left about 10:20 AM after having purchased supplies at Walmart in Bozeman. Today's drive included crossing the continental Divide.

Steve added transmission slip fix (lucas) to the RV. That was tiring but necessary! Then we moved on. When we arrive in Deer Lodge it was about 1:30 or 1:45. We toured the Grant Kohr's Historical Ranch. It was sunny and felt very hot, but the temperature was 73 degrees. It also has parking for the RV -so we ran the generator and let the dogs stay inside the RV. They also have a kennel if you need to leave your dogs there while touring.

Montana Territorial Prison Museum
Next, Logan was very interested in touring the Montana Territorial Prison - so we went there. Wow, the prison museum is spread out! It was very interesting , but I was pooped after we went through it. Cost for 2 adults and a teen was 38.00. I think we got a military discount or older adult discount. We also received a discount at the Museum of the Rockies yesterday.
We stayed overnight at the Indian Creek RV park- which was a reasonable price and pretty nice. They had discounts for the restaurant and gas station. We ate supper at 4B's with a discount coupon it was $33.00. We returned to the RV and had showers and rested. Tomorrow we will arrive at Echo Lake for the summer. I did call our boss, Tony and told him we would arrive to workamp tomorrow.
