There wasn't much traffic, so the blinker was not a problem. We drove through some very interesting country again! Everything seems so big! This area of the country is grandiose! It is desolate, but pretty in it's own way. The pictures do not provide the depth and perception of the size.
We stopped in St. George, Utah at Camping World to get some new plug-in ends for the light cord. We finally found what we needed, paid and left.
We got a spot at a KOA, because I didn't have any luck finding a site at other places. Some were full and some did not return my call. I knew as soon as we pulled in, that we would have trouble getting level, we're on the side of a mountain. The sites are gravel and very close together. There are tons of tourists in this area.
We got set up and Steve worked about 2 hours on replacing the light cord ends. He got it done though! Then we drove to the town of Hurricane and walked a few blocks with the dogs and had a bite of supper at Wendy's.
Steve was pretty tired and we went to bed pretty quick after the news was over.
