July 26, 2015 Sunday Return to Work

Well today we returned to work at the Brig Museum.  We made sure to open the new wing.  Our co-host, Bill left some items in the museum and so he came over to pick them up.  He did not know where to turn off the lights in the new wing, so I showed him.  He hung around and visited for awhile.  It was a little slow at the first of the morning and then the pace picked up.  We had 116 visitors today!

After we finished our day, we took a nice walk on the Lynx trail behind Waldron campground and back around to the Brig.  The temperature was 70 degrees at 5:00 PM, just lovely.  We really enjoy the walking/hiking when the temperatures are this favorable.  I got in over 12,000 steps!  Easy to do when the dogs have to be walked 3 times per day.

Steve has still been trying to work on the light connection between the RV and the pickup.  I tried to assist after it got dark enough to see the lights.  No real solution, both lights blink when only one blinker is on.  Oh Well!  We will probably have to have some technical person help us.
