Saturday, April 11, 2015 Celebrating Logan's Birthday!

We had to get up with the dogs in the middle of the night about 1:30 AM, what fun.  They need to re-learn to sleep all night.  We got up for real about 8 AM.  Of course we walked the dogs and did the usual routine. Next we plugged the GPS into the laptop and got it operating properly.  Then we call Dish for My RV and got that set up.  Logan got to watch TV!  It rained most of the morning, which led to me returning to bed for a nap.

Kristi was so nice, she brought us breakfast: Turkey Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Hashbrowns, and Biscuits!  Yum! Then we just hung out and took it easy.  

We left about 3:30 to head to Outback Steakhouse in OKC for a celebration of Logan's 10th birthday!  It is actually on April 15, but we are celebrating early.  We returned to the RV for cake and ice cream and of course opening of the presents.  

When we stopped for ice cream we also picked up some fake logs for a campfire.  We sat outside til about 9 PM, and then the wind and cool air sent us inside.

Later in the evening, we tried to play cards with Logan.  This is a game that those of us who are living longer do not seem to understand at all.  The game is played with YuGiOh cards.  There are monster cards, spell cards, and many other things we did not understand.  So Logan tried to explain it and we tried to understand it.  It was quite funny and he got a little stressed with us being so non-comprehending.

Anyway, we had a lot of laughs and then off to bed.
