We were off our volunteer duties for two days. But on Thursday - Steve didn't feel good - allergies, so we hung out at the RV for a while. Soon there was a knock at our door and it was someone who said they were here to hydra-seed the area around our RV. OK, well I got Steve and we took up our mat and decided to leave and get the laundry done. I guess the process is to hook a big hose up and blow the grass seed all over the ground. It actually looks like grass clippings. Not real pretty. Anyway they are trying to get the grass to grow - that will be nice. They had to install new sewer stuff before we got here and so had not re-seeded the grass around where the installation happened. Would have been nice if we had known which day they were coming, oh well.
After laundry - we basically putzed around, walked the dogs and took it easy. Usually we take a drive before dusk to look for deer. Usually we see some!
Friday was basically a repeat of Thursday - Not much different. One thing is we notice the birds tweet, the smells and the beautiful scenery here. It really makes you want to be outside!
