August 21, 2016 Sunday In the Forest

Oh, wow was it cold this morning! We stayed bundled up in the covers for awhile! Our RV refrigerator is not working on propane.  What a pain.  We have been there and done that.  We went to Neihart and got more ice.  

We also drove on up to Monarch, about 12 more miles up the road and got gas.

 We saw a momma and 2 fawns in a corral on our return drive.  We drove around looking at places for sale and just enjoying the beautiful countryside. 

We never get tired of this area.  I wish I could bottle the cool, crisp, mountain air to keep with me at home.  We sure would like to own some property up here!

We went to King's Hill campground and got some free firewood.

 It only cost us gas, and few hundred for future chiropractic sessions for Steve, LOL.  The fire was nice though.  

We also saw this van com in and park - they had a lot of references to Scooby Doo!
