Today we moved - We got the inside and outside ready, cleaned out the fire pit (rules), and Steve lubricated our tow bar and jacks. Then we hooked up the pickup and got in line to dump (no full hook-ups here), while waiting I found out the GPS wasn't getting the satellite signal. I took it outside and tried to re-set it -- no luck!
Got the GPS out of the pickup to use.
Finally got gone and when we reached Highway 2 we stopped for gas at and easy in and out place. Thought it was Shell - No it wasn't, tried another car - go inside, transaction doesn't go through - used a different card - No problem! Back in the RV - Fraud alert from Credit Card. I replied, No fraud, then called them to make sure all was fine, OK - great!. Then I tried to focus on beautiful scenery on Steven's Pass Highway (problems interesting at times).
Some pictures out the RV window don't turn out very good!
Arrived at the Evergreen County Fairground, we had no map, not sure where the RV park is located. We talked to a young girl in the office and she kind of explained how to get to the RV park area. I took a picture of the map. Also some Totem Poles at the Fairground Entrance.
We drove into the RV park we had reserved online. Our spot is 224 - could not see the tine numbers on the electric posts - so Steve got out and walked around and found it.
We unhooked the pickup so we could back the RV in and then the camp host drove up in her car and started yapping at me.
Something she said about directions didn't sit well with me and it kind of upset me - but I got over it and we set up the RV.
They had free drag races Friday night so we attended - It was Fun! Free Fun!
Also, can't get the Satellite Dish to work here either! WOW!
