Move to Missoula July 1, 2017

We took it slow today. Walked the dogs, took some pictures and mosied on.
This is how tight the sites are at Deer Lodge KOA.
This big motor coach was in the campground and Steve asked if he could take a picture of it because we thought it was awesome! They said they thought it was awesome too!
The Clark Fork River behind our RV at the campground! We got gas - every one else was there also! Wow! Finally got out and on the highway. Today was a short drive about 85 miles to Missoula. I-90 runs along the beautiful Clark Fork River - so scenic. I love this drive.
We didn't want to unhook the pickup - so next time we will tour the Smoke Jumper Museum and Nine Mile Historic Remount Depot. We hung out at the RV, rested, walked the dogs and caught up the blog. Also this KOA is packed and crowded but the layout and landscaping are really nice.
Next time though I would rather stay at Lolo Square Dancers Campground. We had pizza delivered to our site then walked up by the office and got ice cream - Huckleberry for me and Steve had Huckleberry and Moose Tracks. It was good! My opinion of KOA is: They pack an RV or Tent or Cabin on almost every available space. Their prices are high. They do have a lot of amenities though: Almost always a pool and funhouse (pool), mini golf and other entertaining stuff. It is a fun place for families with kids. It will do in a pinch though!
