Saturday, July 15, 2017 Laundry and Car Races

Today's Goal: Laundry. We got the dogs walked and clothes sorted and loaded. Then off to the laundry we went. When we got there we found out you buy a card to use on the machines - another learning process - also expensive. It cost about $28 to wash 4 loads here. The last place was $14. But now we have clean clothes! Here is the Kid's Corner at the Laundromat.

Back to the RV for R & R. Saturday night is Figure 8 Car Racing. WE have never seen this and so we went. IT was supposed to cost $20 each to get in, but I got in for $10 (Sr rate -almost 62) and Steve got in free with his military ID. So - Expensive laundry but free (almost) entertainment for 2 nights! We had no idea there were car races who I first made the reservations, but checked into it and found out. There was also an RV Show and a Peruvian Horse Show - didn't make it to those. The weather has been delightful! Mid 70's in the daytime and 50's at night.
